During my recent stay at Puerta De La Luna in Baeza, I was charmed by its historical charm and convenient location near the cathedral. The hotel's decor reflects the rich heritage of the building, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. However, I couldn't help but notice some areas that could benefit from minor renovations, especially in the bathroom. The staff at the pool bar were friendly, but the reception lacked the warmth and attention to detail that I expect from a luxury establishment, which slightly diminished my overall experience.In terms of amenities, the hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool surrounded by orange trees, providing a serene setting for relaxation. The on-site restaurant, while beautifully decorated, was quiet during my visit, possibly due to the time of year. I appreciated the option for in-room breakfast, a convenient touch for busy travelers.Puerta De La Luna strikes a balance between cost and luxury. While the value proposition is evident in its charming design and central location, some aspects could be improved to truly elevate the guest experience.
